The team have been busy over the last few weeks;

 

Officers arrested two prolific shoplifters in Aldridge shopping centre.  During the time of arrest a very helpful unknown gent assisted officers from one of the offenders escaping the store, so thank you to him if anyone knows who this was.  The offenders were taken into Custody and further investigations are ongoing.

 

There has been an increase in Vehicle Crime in Aldridge and Lazy Hill.  Neighbourhood officers are increasing the patrols during late shifts as much as possible, please refer to the following guidelines;

Speak to your vehicle brands dealership to see whether your vehicle has security enhancements available. These could include software and firmware updates. 

 

There is an increase in reports of off road bikes around Aldridge and Great Barr.  We do have CCTV in some locations but this problem is widespread so any information received to support us with this, please see link below;

Finally, we have received a few reports of an out of control dog in Great Barr/Pheasey, with the help of the public have been able to identify the owner which has enabled officers to visit and deal with accordingly.
