Chelmsley Wood Team Newsletter

Good Evening Resident

Chelmsley Team Newsletter

Two more Vehicle Crime offenders have been locked up by our team this week, please keep reporting and encouraging others to report all incidents to us. Every piece of intelligence adds to the bigger picture and helps us close in on these criminals.

You will see from the crime updates below that vehicle cannibalism is still high in the local area. Our advice to combat this is to park the front of your vehicle close to something solid, so to omit/restrict access to the front of the vehicle.  If you park on the road this can be achieved by two vehicles parking front bumper to front bumper as tight as possible. Please speak to your family members and neighbours to organise this.

If parking like this is not an option for you try to park in a well-lit area and consider installing a motion activated dash camera.

The Festive Season is upon us and our officers are helping with deployments around Solihull Town and Resorts World throughout the evening frivolities, remember we are here to keep you safe not to spoil the fun. We all want you to have a great time but please stay safe, drink responsibly and never drive under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
