Burglary reported in Tudor Hill Sutton Coldfield.


What has happened?

A house was broken into between the 18th and 19th of February 2025.

Unknown offenders have gained access to the rear garden, and then snapped a lock on a patio door.

Once inside a search was conducted.

The offenders have stolen several motor vehicles from the property and made good their escape.

 

What are doing.

Officers have attended the property to begin an investigation , and offer some reassurance.

The stolen vehicles have trackers and efforts are being made to locate their location.

 

What can you do?

Please check any areas of your property where offenders may be able to gain access, so check gates are locked , fences are secure.

Consider the use of Anti climbing measures such Anti climbing paint. Always ensuring to display the provided warning notices.

Consider the fitting of a house alarm system, if you have one please remember to set it.

Check your locks to see if they are Anti-Snap.
