Dear resident 

Hope you are all well and having a good start to your week. 

 

Here’s a quick roundup from your local policing team of some of the work we have been doing over the couple of weeks in the Blakenall/Leamore/Birchills and Beechdale area.

 

  • Further patrols have been conducted in the Ashes Lane area of Harden Road, Bloxwich, Walsall- this is in response to anti-social behaviour.
  •  

  • A letter drop has also been conducted in the Deans Place area of Coalpool, Bloxwich to appeal for any information in relation to an investigation into Arson – the incident occurred on the 12/04/25- 20/209153/25 reference number refers.
  •  

  • PCSOs attended Croft Academy, Croft St, Walsall WS2 8JE and took part in the school volunteer reading scheme with pupils. The children were able to sit with the PCSOs and read their story books to them.

     

  •  

  • Officers have stopped a vehicle and upon searching found a quantity of drugs in the Bentley Lane area of Walsall, investigation on going. (01/05/25).
  •  

  • The team have patrolled the location in and around Eagleworks Drive, Bloxwich, Walsall across shifts in response to concerns raised regarding cars being driven at speed at the location and causing anti-social behaviour.
