Dear resident, 

 Officers from the Shirley Neighbourhood Policing Team conducted a plain clothed operation in Shirley on the 3rd May 2025 to target shoplifting, anti-social behaviour and rough sleepers along the Stratford Road. 

Some of the results of the operation are as followed:

- Two individuals were issued Community Protection Warnings in relation to shoplifting offences on the Stratford Road, assisting to prevent future offences being committed.

- A stolen bike was also recovered from the Stratford Road. Please see the attached image.
