Detective Chief Inspector Sara Beech, from the Birmingham Organised Crime and Gangs Team, said: “This is one of the biggest warrants of its kind that we’ve carried out in years, and it’s great to have recovered so many firearms in one go. “We will not stop in our pursuit of criminals who access and use firearms, which cause so much misery to our communities.” The success is part of Operation Target, which is our 24/7 mission to tackle serious and organised criminality across the West Midlands. We work around the clock to disrupt and arrest those involved in guns, drugs, money laundering and exploitation. Find out more 👉 Operation Target | West Midlands Police | ||||||
