We would like to take this opportunity to share with you some of the work we have undertaken this week:

• Positive outcomes by way of charges for shop lifters, with a number of offenders provided with court dates

• Supporting our ‘Response’ team with emergency jobs.

• Continued community engagement with local schools with our Junior PCSO Scheme.

• National Knife Crime week ‘Operation Sceptre, which involved officers attending local parks and other ‘hot spot’ areas patrolled.

• Offenders arrested and placed before the court.

• Targeted patrolling with our ‘Anti-Social Behaviour’ and ‘Violent Crime’ areas.

• Engagement with local retail premises regarding theft offences.

• We have also found missing child who has been returned safely to their home.
