Here is a roundup of what the Foleshill Neighbourhood team have been doing this week. What’s been happening?
OUR Priorities
Anti-Social Behavour We are currently working with business in the Gallagher retail park regarding some ongoing anti-social behaviour with youths coming onto the retail park on bikes and causing disruptive behaviour within the retail premises. Officers are working with the security and local schools to identify these youths and take appropriate action
Anti Social Behaviour in Edgwick Park- Officers are continuing to patrol the park on a regular basis,
IN OTHER NEWS
This week officers took part in a operation Septa, Officers completed visits on business premises that sell knifes. Officers interacted with staff members and reinstalled the importance of completing all relevant checks before selling knifes to customers. Knife crime posters were also distributed around the local area. They were hand out by officers and given to shops and doctors surgeries.
Foleshill PCSO’s have been out patrolling this week with the local street watch group. Officers meet regular wit ha small group of residents and then complete a walk around there estate keeping a look out for any issues that may arise, If this is something that may interest you please do get in touch.
WHATS COMIONG NEXT
Next week officers will be working jointly with the City Council parking warden to tackle hot spots in Foleshill
On Thuirsday 29th PCSO’s are leading a cuppa with a copper at Foleshill Library from 5.15pm-6pm this is for anybody to pop into for any advice or help with any local issues so please come along
On Friday 30th officers will be holding a PACT meeting (police and communities together) if you would like to speak to officers regarding issues in the area please come along. Foleshill library 17/15-18.00
