Dear Iain and Alison,

I hope you are both well?

I am emailing because the monthly report shows the group as being inactive, after looking at the system it shows that you posted a proposed patrol for the 25th June but it the report wasn't completed hence no hours being recorded.

If the patrol didn't happen then the patrol just needs to be deleted using the bin icon.

Can you think of a way to ensure the portal is accurate and up to date going forward?
