Dear Resident You very kindly emailed saying you would be interested in joining our events team. As we have never done anything like this before I would love to have a teams meeting so we can all discuss the best way to do this. I appreciate that we will never find a date that works for everyone so I have picked Wednesday the 23rd July at 6pm, I hope you can make it. Please let me know whether you can or cant make the meeting, I will email anyone unable to attend after the event to keep you informed with what was discussed and what the plan is.
