Local News from the Dudley North Neighbourhood Policing Team |
||
Dear Resident,
Here’s a quick round up from me and the rest of the Dudley North Neighbourhood Policing Team.
What’s been happening:
• Roberts Primary School Summer Fayre PCSOs had the pleasure of attending the Summer Fayre hosted by Roberts Primary School. We spoke with many parents, reunited with a few of our Junior PCSOs that we taught a few months back, and provided goodies to keep vehicle keys and belongings safe. Thank you very much for inviting us over Mr Watkins! We will be attending the St Chad’s Summer Fayre / Fun Day on Friday 11th July which goes from 10:00 – 14:00. Please look out for a Police vehicle alongside the Fire Department and Ambulance! Of course, we will have more goodies!
• Talks with the Boys Club at Darkhouse Baptist Church Last week PCSOs attended the Darkhouse Baptist Church where the Boys Club met every week. There, we gave a talk about Road Safety – ending with a simulated road crossing exercise for the different types of road crossings! We hope to be back to cover other topics with this group and the other groups that attend the church!
Look out for… • Coseley Library Police Surgery – Friday 18th July 10:30 – 11:30 • Sedgley Library Police Surgery – Saturday 19th July 10:00 – 11:00
An upcoming news article will be published about Dudley North Neighbourhood Police Team – keep an eye out for it in the next few days! (I promise it’s a good read!)
