Operation Skybridge Deployment

Operation Skybridge is coming to Small Heath! 

Op Skybridge is a team compromising of both plain clothed and uniformed officers, drawing from an extensive skill set, with specialised equipment at their disposal. 

The team deploy in areas across Birmingham and support the local Neighbourhood Teams in tackling serious and acquisitive Crime that is impacting the local community. This includes Burglary, Robbery, Vehicle and Drug crime. 

On Saturday 26th July, The Operation Skybridge Team will deploy to Small Heath. 

Working a mixture of shifts, including early mornings and throughout the night, they will provide a presence lasting several weeks, compromising of both reassurance/deterrence patrols, as well as pro-actively seeking out those intent on causing harm to the community.
