Here is your quick round up from me and the rest of the Holbrooks neighbourhood policing team. |

Dear Resident, This week has seen our officers and PCSOs conducting enquries in relation to the crime reports which we carry as a team. As part of our day-to-day activity we will attend Road, specific addresses, shops and other locations in the process of investigating the crimes that are reported on our area. Part of this activity included CCTV trawls (looking for wider CCTV at an offence location which could lead to images of the offender(s) as well as house to house to identify witnesses to offences and reassurance visits to those who have been victims of crime. As part of these enquiries a number of offender have been identified for offences ranging from Shoplifting to vehicle crime. Following on from the identification of offenders the next step depending on the crime type is to locate and arrest the offenders. Our officers have been conducting arrest attempts for those identified. Unfortunately, no arrest have been made this week. We have also been conducting proactive patrols in relation to reported cases of antisocial behaviour. This has seen us attending locations at times when the behaviour is most frequent. We have made a number of identifications for children involved in ASB including throwing eggs, kicking front doors and other disruptive behaviours. We have attended several schools over the past few days with images obtained from CCTV and other sources to gain these identifications. Others have been identified through the patrols we have conducted which has led to them being encountered and details obtained. This Kia was seized by officers on Sunday. The vehicle was stopped by officers who conducted the normal roadside checks which showed that the vehicle was being used by the driver without insurance.
Thank You! We would like to thank those who attended the PACT meeting on Saturday (11/10/25) at the Community Centre on John Shelton Drive. A number of topics of concern were raised and these have been fed back to the team sergeant to form part of our neighbourhood team priorities. We will be looking at conducting Speedwatches at some of the locations raised in the coming weeks.
