Good evening from the Delves police neighbourhood team.

It has been another set of Busy shifts for the whole team and here are just some of the things we have been up to.

School visit to Hillary street primary school

Police surgery at United reform church Gillity avenue along with local councillor surgery

Officers were invited along to Aisha mosque open day ( Great engagement with all who attended )

Pleck & Delves Pact meetings have taken place again good engagement. Local Authority members also attended along with local councillors to answer questions and query's regards local authority matters.

Parkhall NHW along with professional trainers carried out a starter/Taster session Self protection class for ladies only at United reform church, Gillity Avenue. PCSO Tim attended with personal attack alarms and other stay safe information. Really well attended and all who attended replied how useful and beneficial it was.

Cuppa with a Coppa event was conducted at Nash Dom community hub, Palfrey. again great to see members from the local community.

Yesterday 14/10/2025 Op Advance came to walsall several arrests were made, vehicle was seized, Community behaviour order issued and work alongside Walsall trading standard was also conducted.

Acquisitive crimes of note.

We have had a Burglary dwelling Ravensdale Gardens ( Cash and passports stolen )

Car Key burglary Crabtree Road ( BMW Stolen )

We have had two transit vans stolen ( Both recovered )

We have had several theft from motor vehicles in the palfrey location ( Enquires ongoing )

As the darker nights are almost upon everyone's safety is paramount, however women and young girls can feel especially vulnerable be that.

Or just taking a walk to get some exercise.

We all moan about social media and technology, however some technology is incredibly useful ie Ring Doorbells well here is another one.
