Here’s a quick round up from me and the rest of the Darlaston neighbourhood policing team.

What’s been happening

Hello members its a week into the New year and we hope you had a great holiday and a safe happy New Year

Its been a cold and snowy start to the week,  icy mornings and freezing weather conditions are making the roads hazardous so please take extra care when on the road, only drive if necessary. 

Neighbourhood Police Update

Darlaston Officers conducted 2 stop and searches.

Officers are aware of the ASB issues in the Bentley area; Officers will continue priority patrols. We encourage residents to report all concerns to us.

Officers have been engaging with the community in response to ASB reports in the Darlaston, Bentley and Moxley areas.

Regular Guardian Patrols 

Darlaston Town remains a priory for the team, Officers conducted Target Guardian Patrols Nothing of significance to report. Officers will be out and about engaging with residents and local businesses. The team always enjoy chatting to the community whilst maintaining a visible presence.

Please note the drop-in surgery at Darlaston Library has been cancelled, we will post a new venue and date on our social media pages, and will be added to the next WMNow update.

PACT Meeting

Partners and Communities Together Meetings are an opportunity for people who live or work in your area to meet representatives from the Police and Council to discuss local issues and work together to tackle crime and community safety concerns
