Theft of motor vehicle

Date and time: between 02:00 on Thursday 8th and 08:45 on the 9th

Details: Offender have approach a BMW 730D which was parked on the owners drive. It is unknown how offenders have gained access at this time in order to steal the vehicle.

A steering wheel lock is a great deterrent against this kind of crime. Car alarms, immobilisers and trackers are also worth investing in. Good quality CCTV equipment covering your driveway is also a deterrent and can give officers valuable footage to assist with apprehending thieves.
