Hello Resident, ✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅ Summary: This set, we've had Operation Advance, which is our force wide initiative which runs across WMP throughout the year. Where staff and officers from every policing department both locally and from a force level working together to deliver 24 hours of intensive policing operations. This time around, it was focused onto Solihull, where we had the traffic unit out, as well as units from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and Coventry. I was tasked with assisting an advertisement van to parade around the North of Solihull to spread useful information to our residents. In addition to this, we also had an off-road bike operation where a number of bikes were seized, further sending a message out to everybody that we will do what it takes to stop the illegal use of off-road bikes, mopeds, and motorbikes in our area, and across the force. A number of individuals were placed under arrest during this operation, as well as over the last set.
