Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team |

Hello Rushall and Shielfield,
β Good News from Your Local Policing Team β Patrols have been conducted over many hotspots in the local area especially with the warmer weather that has came out.
We are aware of ongoing concerns regarding the use of off road bikes being ridden illegally in the area. This behaviour causes significant disruption, noise and danger to members of the public. We are working closely with the council to install more CCTV and take appropriate action against those responsible. Patrols and monitoring will continue, we rely on the public to report all incidents this helps with the gathering of intelligence and checking locations for CCTV or deploy patrol vehicles. See below link for further information;
News from streetwatch - West Midlands Police StreetWatch is a community-led project. Itβs made up of groups of volunteers who are at least 18 years old. The groups go out and patrol their area. The patrols help to stop crime and anti-social behaviour. They also help people in the area get to know each other. As a Street Watch member, you'll patrol your local area alongside one of your neighbours for at least two hours every month, at times which suit you. You'll talk to people you meet and encourage them to take an active interest in keeping your area safe. So your neighbours know what you're there for, you wear a high-visibility Street Watch jacket. You'll be supported by: The local Street Watch coordinator Your local police
