Vehicle throwing items at members of the public in Kingswinford

Good morning,

over the last few days we have had several reports of a black Mercedes A class style with tinted windows vehicle registration is unknown driving around the Kingswinford area and throwing balloons potentially containing bleach at pedestrians. 

If you have any CCTV or the registration of the vehicle, we will be keen to hear from you.
