✅ What's been happening in your area this week ✅

We started this week with a joint foot patrol around Highgate with our partner agencies and City Centre team to support the homeless community. 

We've had one arrest for serious assault and another arrest supporting Scotland Police for a wanted individual from 2024. 

We have supported our Partners from “Blues Go Green Project” and Dream Chaser Youth Club with a drug and weapon sweep of Sara Park in Small Heath. 

Our team attended a disorder in Small Heath, controlled the situation and safeguarded 2 victims with injuries, helping them receive medical treatment. 

We helped an individual experiencing a mental health crisis, the person was then supported by our colleagues from the Ambulance service to access support.

Our PCSOs have conducted numerous high visibility patrols around Small Heath and Highgate, meeting many of our community members. 

We have spoken to parents and carers regarding parking issues in the Highgate area. 

We have received some really useful information from members of the community to help us make Small Heath and Highgate a safer place.
