Aston Neighbourhood Police Team

Residents of Aston and Newtown, 

The Aston Neighbourhood Police Team have been busy this week. 

We have conducted joint visits with Birmingham City Council, Housing Officers to 7 properties and have spoken to and advised tenants around a number of issue(s). 

Conducted joint visits to locations plagued by Fly-tipping and Rubbish with the Birmingham City Council, Waste Enforcement Officer(s) who have issued a number of section 47 Notices. 

Attended Football Session(s) at the Aston Villa Academy and engaged with staff, parents and young people.  

We have also been out and about in parks, around the Student Accommodations and areas where ASB and Crime(s) have been reported. 

We have also engaged with a number of Homeless People and have made Streetlink referrals to Homeless Services.

The Police Officers on the team have also made arrest(s).
