Good Morning Resident,

I just wanted to highlight some good partnership work between Ladywood neighbourhood team and Morrisons on Hagley road.

Officers had come a across a Vulnerable male who had not eaten for two days and wouldn't be eating for a further three days. Housing couldn't assist and no other food banks were available being so late in the evening. Officers went to Morrisons on Hagley and spoke to the manager (Max) and explained the situation. Max was more than happy to assist and helped officers put together a food parcel that helped the male over the weekend and further support was put in place.
