Update from the Amblecote Neighbourhood Policing Team

Dear Residents, 

We hope this message finds you well. It has been a difficult week with the temperatures hitting a high and we would like to thank you for the generosity in providing drinks and gratitude whilst we have been out.

It is important to remain vigilant during such times. Please ensure before you go to sleep that all of your doors and windows are locked. Opportunists may be tempted by open windows so please do not give them the opportunity to steal your most treasured possessions. 

What’s been happening.

The local officers have been carrying out extra patrols around Amblecote and have been giving advice regarding security. 

We have carried out community engagements at the Bonded Warehouse and have enjoyed speaking to members of our community. Please come along to such events – we are always happy to listen to your concerns and offer advice. 

We hold regular engagements at Chilli kids on Mill Race Lane. This is an opportunity for you to come and speak to us and to raise any concerns you may have both personally and in the area. We also have lots of leaflets and crime prevention aids – as well as stickers for the children, so please come over and have a chat. 

We get lots of reports regarding Off road and e bikes at this time of year- any information, photographs of the riders or bikes is a tremendous help to the police, this will help get these vehicles removed from our streets.
