Last week there were 5 burglaries at the following locations, Oak Tree Lane, Raddlebarn Road, St Stephens Road, Dawlish Road, and Lottie Road. Offender(s) stole Tv's, Laptops, speakers, power banks and clothing. There was one attempt burglary on Bristol Road and a Theft of a grey Fiat 500 on Macniece Close.

Please make sure all your doors and windows are shut and locked, invest in anti-snap locks for all your exterior doors. Never leave valuables on display. Make sure you property mark all valuables such as laptops, TV's, game consoles etc. Invest in timer switches to plug lamps in throughout the property so they come on at different times. For your vehicles invest in a full steering wheel disc lock again never leave anything in your vehicle if you are going to leave it unattended.

Officers were out on  hi visibility patrol in the Selly Oak area with our Mounted Police Department, positive reactions from members of our community.
